Hailing from Australia and shaped by a global perspective, Michelle Morrison brings a refined yet approachable culinary style to every kitchen she leads. Trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, she launched her career at EVOO in Cambridge under celebrated chef Peter McCarthy, where she developed a deep appreciation for ingredient-driven, farm-to-table cuisine.
Her path has spanned both coasts and continents, from the vibrant food scene of San Francisco to the award-winning Darley’s at Lilianfels Resort in the Blue Mountains of Australia. In 2015, Michelle made Maine her home, quickly becoming a standout in the local culinary community through her work at acclaimed restaurants like Northern Union, where she cooked alongside chef Romann Dumorne.
Known for menus that are equal parts creative and comforting, Michelle’s cooking celebrates seasonality, craftsmanship, and connection. Whether crafting a casual brunch or a high-energy event menu, she brings precision, soul, and a deep respect for the guest experience, always with a touch of joy.
